Dear Friends,

I am particulary delighted to welcome you with a hearty "Welcome" in Bulgaria for participation in 12th IARU Region 1(European) Youth ARDF Championship 2011.

We are proud that Bulgaria has become one of the major organizers of biggest international ARDF events. We have hosted the World Championship in 2006 , the European Championship 2009 and now we are very happy to have the honor to organize this event. I hope we will organize a great event for all of you.
